George E. Turner

George E. Turner was a film historian and the co-author of several books with Michael H. Price. He came to Hollywood in the late 1970s following a near 30-year career as the editorial art director of a daily newspaper in Texas. In Hollywood he served as the historian for the American Society of Cinematographers and edited the Society’s magazine, The American Cinematographer. He also found work as a film and television storyboard artist.
